James Cook went to the Tattered Cover bookstore in Denver to find out what it takes for an old school bookstore to make it in a digital world. Co-owner Len Vlahos said they spend A LOT of time connecting with the local community and it is still paying off. The chain will be opening a new location in 2020 in Westminster, CO.
