James Cook visits The Short North district in Columbus, Ohio to see how traditional suburban mall retailers can flourish in urban settings. Diane Rambo, the creative director at experience design firm Big Red Rooster shows the marketing techniques that Anthropologie and Warby Parker use to draw in passersby.
