The story of Greg Maloney's career is a history lesson in retail real estate. It's a 45-year journey that began with delivering appliances and cleaning floors at Sears and culminated in leading the largest third-party retail property management operation in North America. Greg Maloney retired as JLL Retail President and CEO at the end of 2022. In this episode, he tells the story of that career journey.
