Houman Mahboubi works with iconic brands and properties in the Beverly Hills retail real estate market. He says that while international tourism did slow down because of the pandemic, the Beverly Hills market has proven among the most resilient in metro Los Angeles. The character of the city is also changing, with new hotel developments on the horizon, including The Cheval Blanc from LVMH. Plus, a subway station is set to open in 2025.
