Bluhawk in Overland Park, Kansas is a 277-acre mixed-use development anchored by a massive indoor sports facility. The facility includes basketball courts, turf fields, and NHL regulation ice rinks, which will attract a significant youth sports crowd. Kent Price and Bart Lowen of developer Price Brothers talk about the vision behind Bluhawk, the types of retail tenants suitable for such a development, and how it integrates community, health, and commercial elements.
