In 2015, when Tom McGee became CEO of ICSC, he had no idea of the ride he was getting on. Since then, the trade group that supports the retail real estate industry, has been adapting to change. From fighting the narrative that bricks-and-mortar retail is dead. To a pandemic that closed down non-essential retail, and cancelled a year and half of in-person trade shows. But now, we’re back in-person at ICSC Las Vegas 2022, with more than 20,000 of our friends.
