Sam Zaitz leads a driving tour of three growing areas in Denver's urban core. They feature many mixed-use developments that are often oriented around transit stations with office, apartments, hotels and retail.  They use local and national retailers and restaurants to serve residents and draw in visitors.  James Cook is the director of retail research in the Americas for JLL.
