Bank branches have seen regular transactions shift online and to ATMs, but the branches that remain are proving that human interaction is still valuable. In this time of COVID-19 when bank branches have been deemed essential services, we look to the trends that are changing banks and how we use them. Walter Bialas relates some key findings from the Branch Banking 2020 report and how those trends surfaced in a new JPMorgan Chase branch in Dallas.
